Design & Documentation
Looking for a builder to complete the plans required for your renovation or new build?
We offer design and documentation through our consulting service. You will work directly with Ashleigh, the owner of Merge Building to complete your plans required for your project. Although under the Merge Building banner, this is a stand alone service where you get to work along side a registered builder, qualified carpenter and owner of a building company. This service is to provide you with an independent consultant, someone who genuinely wants to see your project move into construction. You will have guidance on pricing and scope of works required from the beginning. You will have this support without the sales tactics, the pressure to build now, and most importantly you will have open and honest communication about the expectations for your project.
